Agent Usage 1.0.4
Agent Usage 1.0.4
The widget refreshes itself now — no app launch required. The refresh button and the timeline both fetch fresh usage directly inside the widget, powered by a shared keychain access group between the app and the extension. Opening the app is only a fallback for accounts the widget can't refresh (e.g. expired OAuth that needs the app's reconnect flow).
Widgets also self-heal: on every timeline reload, slots staler than 10 minutes are refetched in-process — verified working with the app fully quit. Rate-limited providers back off via a persisted retry map, so self-healing never hammers an endpoint.
What's inside
- 5 providers: Claude, ChatGPT (Codex), OpenCode · GO, Command Code · GOAT, Z.ai · Coding Plan — usage windows, limits, reset countdowns.
- 3 Desktop widgets (Small / Medium / Large) with in-widget refresh.
- Always fresh, even when you're not looking — closing the window doesn't quit the app, it registers as a login item by default (opt out any time), and now widgets self-heal regardless.
- Honest states, always — Available / Blocked / rate-limited / stale data are derived from real snapshots. Stale data shows dimmed bars with its age instead of pretending to be current.
- Provider-friendly refresh — server
Retry-Afterhonored verbatim in the app; the widget backs off rate-limited slots across reloads. - Keychain-native: credentials in the macOS Keychain, shared with the widget via a Team access group; Claude/Codex reuse your CLI login.
- Zero telemetry.
