[Feature] mrs_geosite_cn.mrs中包含顶级TLD导致部分域名无法劫持，建议改用mihomo新的基于规则的fake-ip-filter

Description

mrs_geosite_cn.mrs中包含了不少顶级TLD，如果有域名以这些TLD作为后缀，除了不使用mrs文件分流功能以外无法劫持这些域名
经查看其中.top等TLD是由https://raw.githubusercontent.com/felixonmars/dnsmasq-china-list/master/accelerated-domains.china.conf引入的，issue tracker中可以看到建议移除.top的意见但是上游作者没有修改
对于mihomo来说，可以启用fake-ip-filter-mode=rule的选项，然后使用类似于分流规则的方式来匹配fake-ip，这样能够同时支持黑白名单
