Release list
Lazarus 1.0.34
Lazarus 1.0.34 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: yes. SHA-256 855848d160c294d49f74eeb56719a3d96f56c541b1dfedad1a727856fe6ca661
What's new
- Local models on your other computers can now be used by your agents. In Settings you pick whether a delegated task runs on a model server on this Mac or on your Tailscale network.
Improvements
- Cursor agents can run git commands without extra setup. Lazarus adds a one-time allow rule for git in Cursor's settings, unless you've denied git.
Bug fixes
- Headless Cursor runs no longer stop at the "trust this folder?" prompt.
Lazarus 1.0.33
Lazarus 1.0.33 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: yes. SHA-256 5e3168c710f83107a1063d1a86c0b8261b6dd1dddd7f999174ee45d30fdbb215
What's new
- Use models on your other computers. Lazarus can now find model servers, such as Ollama, on the computers in your Tailscale network, and a guided setup in Settings shows how to run Ollama so other computers can reach it.
Improvements
- Connecting to a model server over plain http is allowed for your own network and your Tailscale network, which encrypts traffic itself. Other addresses still need https.
- If a model server can't be reached over plain http, the error now says what to do instead of showing a generic message.
Lazarus 1.0.32
Lazarus 1.0.32 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: yes. SHA-256 f99db67bbb449d049fe3842babf2254e9d123824722ada1750f103a269c64ae8
Improvements
- Clone from GitHub is now easier to find: it appears in the Agent and Code modes, in the project menu, and on the welcome screen.
Lazarus 1.0.31
Lazarus 1.0.31 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: no. SHA-256 649fb27af27c52f8ab14c56eff9d89a0cea4dc0c0265c654a17bf8ce54dbcde4
What's new
- Local models as agents. Run models on your own computer (Ollama, LM Studio and similar) and use them as agents in Lazarus, with the same permission levels as other agents.
- Discover page. A new place to browse and find skills and agents.
- Chats folder. Your chats now live in their own folder in the sidebar.
- Delete several chats at once. Select multiple chats and remove them together, after a confirmation. Closing a chat still just hides its tab.
- Mention other projects. Name another project you've imported in your message and the agent can read it for extra context (Claude Code agents).
Improvements
- Smoother handling of delegated work between agents.
- The Team Hub refreshes more reliably and the GitHub repository list is easier to use.

Improvements
- Settings: Tools is merged into the Skills tab, so no tab is pushed into the overflow menu.
Lazarus 1.0.29
Lazarus 1.0.29 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: yes. SHA-256 09c51cae24ed85d5aaa8e3fffa371f0b88e507896067154a74f9a8d921f3ec10
Bug fixes
- Fixed the agent header being clipped in narrow side-by-side columns.
- Tool installs are more reliable, with a direct GitHub download fallback and clear error messages when an install fails.
- Hub branches handle edge cases, with tests.
Improvements
- The walkthrough now offers the same essential tools as Settings.
- Privacy policy, data inventory, security notes and README were brought in line with what the app actually does.
Lazarus 1.0.28
Lazarus 1.0.28 for macOS 14.0 or later (Apple silicon and Intel). Notarized: yes. SHA-256 4afcd7620785c74e1818b2542e2d69cc10fa9eb382ae4aa0ad85896d9f9f0677
What's new
- Hub notes: a styled Markdown editor, the first line is the note title, and a label shows whether a repo's notes are private or shared.
- Old chats are archived after a few idle days and reopen when clicked (Settings > Storage).
- A chat waiting for your approval now glows orange in the sidebar.
- An Interrupt button while an agent is running.
- Dropped connections are retried, and requests wait out being offline.
- A single unreadable chat no longer wipes the whole saved chat list.
- Lower memory and CPU: idle tabs release their text, and the Odyssey scene slows down when the window is hidden.
