DeepSeek Harness rc.8 compatibility update

This release keeps the Skill provider compatible with the current DeepSeek Harness Profile loader.

Changed

  • Exports ./package.json for the official Profile package scanner
  • Marks cordis and dsh-skill as optional host peer dependencies
  • Documents real rc.8 installation and peer validation
  • Adds package metadata regression coverage

The professional Galgame localization and reverse-engineering Skill content is unchanged.

  • both Python Skill self-tests passed
  • Packed bundle installed into a real @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.8 headless Profile
