Pro Tools Mode (ReaTooled)

• New optional component: Pro Tools Mode — PT-style editing workflow for REAPER
• Per-track ripple editing, grid snapping, smart tool, tab editing, destructive record
• ReaFull Hub: module entry, doctor status row, welcome view indicator
• Installer preset reatooled (default when running without arguments)
• Preset full for complete ReaFull suite

• Default install is now ReaTooled (Pro Tools workflow)
• ./install.sh -p full or --all for complete ReaFull
• Added reaper-protools.template.ini with 19 PT-style REAPER settings
• CI: reatooled preset dry-run and deployment tests
