Make the dictionary retroactive:
- Analyze translations affected by changes to dictionary rules
- Add a user interface for managing affected translations
- Automate the management of changes to be made to translations
Fix dictionary: support non-Latin text matching and replacement (Japanese, Greek, etc.)
Fix dictionary: correct CJK uppercase detection, mb_strlen checks, and regex safety
