#7 Improve Claude Code configuration

• Reorganize and clarify CLAUDE.md with consolidated rules, new sections (Troubleshooting, Session state), and expanded Version Control workflow
• Move Python patterns to includes/python.md for per-project loading
• Expand .claude/README.md with documentation for state files and includes mechanism
• Update setup script to use includes/ instead of docs/

Changes

CLAUDE.md:

• Consolidate redundant honesty/pushback rules (7 lines → 5)
• Add new Troubleshooting section
• Expand Version Control with git workflow rules
• Add Session state section for state file workflow
• Remove over-specified rules (whitespace, backward compat)
• Fix typos (Anthropic, inadmissible, flaky)
• Clarify Rule #2 scope (persistent records)

New files:

• .claude/includes/python.md - Python patterns (moved from CLAUDE.md)

Updated:

• .claude/README.md - Expanded documentation
• README.md - Updated structure diagram
• scripts/setup-claude.sh - Changed symlink from docs/ to includes/
