Auto Window Arranger v1.0.0-beta.5
Pre-release
Pre-release
Auto Window Arranger v1.0.0-beta.5 is a native macOS menu bar app update for arranging application windows.
Changed
- Exactly three eligible windows now stay in one row with three equal columns across the target display's visible area.
- The app no longer switches three windows to a
2 × 2grid when a target application enforces a minimum window size. - If an application cannot complete the requested resize, Auto Window Arranger keeps its existing partial-completion or failure feedback instead of selecting another layout.
Validation
- 124 automated tests passed.
- The release contains a Universal Binary for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
- The DMG is signed with Developer ID, uses Hardened Runtime, is notarized by Apple, and has a stapled ticket.
Requires macOS 14 or later. This release remains a Beta prerelease; Intel hardware, complete UI coverage, and broader multi-display compatibility have not all been verified.
