Documentation patch release.

  • Split the mixed-language README into an English README.md and a complete Korean README.ko.md.
  • Added a language selector at the top of both files.
  • Included both README files in the npm package.
  • Normalized npm binary paths.

Verified with 71 tests on Node.js 20 and 22 and an installed package smoke test.
