The packaged cordis.patch.yml mounts session-coordinator-dsh before work-charter-dsh, so the coordination service is ready before the policy service activates.

Install from the release assets

Download and checksum-verify both package tarballs, then add them to the same profile of an exact dsh-v0.1.2-alpha.1 installation:

dsh plugin --profile <profile> add .\session-coordinator-dsh-0.1.1-alpha.1.tgz .\work-charter-dsh-0.1.0-alpha.1.tgz
dsh --profile <profile> --dump-default-config

The scdp package is intentionally a plain profile dependency; WCDP is the bundle layer. The config dump should contain the scdp row before the WCDP row.

Evidence and boundaries

The exact release artifact passed two frozen/offline reproducible producers, strict typechecking, lint, the full unit suite, real DSH profile activation, clean-consumer loading, Host persistence/recovery checks, Chromium coexistence/reload, and a bounded L4 Standard O/P/E run in which all six coordination routes were acknowledged and consumed.

The provenance asset is unsigned local provenance; verify the supplied SHA-256 and SHA-512 sidecars. This package remains private: true and is not published to npm. Qualification is limited to the exact graph above and does not establish compatibility with other DSH versions, natural-language model quality, broad Work Charter efficacy, independent semantic acceptance, or production support.
