Fixed

• Remove stale FTS tokens when users and channels are replaced, renamed or deleted. Cache schema 4 rebuilds existing indexes.
• Isolate caches by authorization and API endpoint, including environment credentials. Stored token rotation keeps its cache; a new login starts a fresh one. Legacy shared caches are not imported.
• Retain durable channel and thread recovery checkpoints until their queued events have been processed. Interrupted and partial recovery survives live traffic and restarts; stale reconnect completions cannot clear newer checkpoints.
• Preserve the complete previous skill directory before replacement, stop on preservation errors, and restore the prior installation when a swap fails.

Changed

• Replace the library configuration helper Config::db_path with Config::cache_dir; the CLI selects an authorization-specific database below that directory.
• Stop the daemon after persistent storage or commit failures so unfinished recovery checkpoints remain available on restart.
