Unlinked Dungeon Rewards and Bosses to improve usability for shuffled Dungeon Rewards anywhere.

New settings:

• Pot Shuffle (OOT + MM)
• Stray Fairy Reward Count

Bugfixes:

• Some logic changes to avoid problems with unsupported region states and stay rules
• Fix a bug where some silver rupees were counted twice
