First public preview release.

Highlights:

• Local-first personal command desktop for daily focus, Top 3 tasks, projects, quick links, reminders, weather, daily quotes, and end-of-day review.
• Optional OpenAI-compatible AI review summary.
• Windows installer supports choosing the installation folder.
• Close-to-tray behavior with a lightweight tray menu.
• Personal Command Deck app, tray, and installer icons.

Notes:

• Data is stored locally. Use JSON export/import for backup.
• AI review only sends data to your configured provider when enabled and manually generated.
