Observability

Primary surfaces:

  • zdots-ctl status
  • zdots-ctl check
  • zdots-status --once
  • trace-verify
  • zdots-log-analyze

OTel may be down while non-OTel diagnostics still work. zdots-log-analyze packages bootstrap/update/upgrade logs without requiring the collector or OpenObserve.
