Add interactive confirmation for unmerged branch deletion

- Show list of files that differ when branch has unmerged changes
- Prompt user for confirmation before deleting
- Move tmux session kill to end (ccw rm may run from within workspace)
- Add -y flag to auto-confirm (skip prompts)
- Bump version to 0.1.70
