Fix ccw rm failing when remote branch deleted after PR merge (#7)

Skip unpushed commits check when branch is already merged into base.
Previously, if the remote feature branch was deleted after a PR merge,
HasUnpushedCommits would return true (no remote = unpushed), blocking
removal even though all commits were safely merged.
