Highlights

• A clearer shire init. Interactive setup now has sections, and each answered question collapses to a single ✔ question · answer line. (#127)
  • Extras checklist: the four optional extras are one checklist you toggle with space: cross-reference tools, the rules file, the ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md guidance and the Claude Code status mod. The defaults are unchanged.
  • Review step: before writing anything, init lists every file it is about to change and asks Apply these changes? Answering no writes nothing. If shire.toml exists, you can keep it and still set up the rest.
  • Fixed double printing: long prompts were printed twice when they wrapped in the terminal.
  • Unchanged: --yes, --mod/--no-mod, and runs without a terminal work as before.

No index changes: upgrading from 0.8.0 does not trigger a re-extract.
