The Codex launcher can now keep the shared native server enabled while connecting the
correct progress pane. Start, resume and fork responses are associated with the launching
frontend, with process ownership and current-selection checks. Ephemeral title helpers,
unrelated thread reads, late replies and stale metadata cannot replace the conversation.

brew update
brew upgrade agent-progress
ap launch --agent codex

Validated on macOS arm64: Codex CLI 0.157.1 / shared native server 0.158.0, two clients in
one project, cross-directory resume, new-thread observer reuse, unchanged second source,
focus and pane sizes. Fresh native Codex, Claude Code 2.1.274 and OpenCode 1.18.30 adapter
checks are documented in the repository. Raw transport bytes are forwarded unchanged;
conversation content is not stored by the connection observer.

89 Rust tests, fmt, Clippy, real PTY checks and exact-archive installation passed locally.
Install/update/rollback/removal preserve project data. Doctor now exposes the concrete
source-discovery failure. README and the ap skill document the updated workflow.

This fixes the existing ap launch workflow. Bare shared codex startup without that
frontend observer is not claimed automatically identifiable. Explicit native options
that require embedded execution retain native behavior. Herdr code and global agent
settings were not changed. Apple Developer signing/notarization remain absent.
