Adds bash/fish command setup, automatic progress display outside Herdr through optional tmux, and agent compatibility checks.

  • Install command setup with ap shell install --shell zsh|bash|fish. Existing definitions and user edits are preserved. Bash login-file precedence is retained.
  • In an interactive terminal outside Herdr, ap launch --agent NAME opens the source and progress view using tmux. Exact per-launch identity prevents mixing sessions. Native exit status and existing tmux windows are preserved.
  • Agent launches recheck local interfaces when versions change. ap compatibility checks CLI/RPC contracts; --live additionally makes an authenticated short plan-response request. These checks do not certify every native task tool or future version.

Upgrade from 1.2.0: upgrade the binary, rerun ap shell install for the selected shell, and open a new shell. tmux is needed only for automatic display outside Herdr (brew install tmux).

Validated: 104 Rust tests, fmt/Clippy, real zsh/bash/fish, release-binary tmux/PTY fixtures including Unix/WebSocket forwarding, and exact archive installation/removal. Native markdown producer checks passed with Codex 0.157.1, Claude Code 2.1.274, and OpenCode 1.18.30 using the explicit tested model. Interactive pane producers in the new terminal scenarios are fixtures.

Unsigned macOS arm64 package. Apple Developer signing/notarization and other platforms remain outside the verified scope.
