Agent-progress 1.2.4 makes project-local connection setup more reliable during brief lock contention.

  • Codex, Claude and OpenCode connection operations wait up to two seconds for a busy settings lock, then recheck receipts and content before changing a file.
  • A persistent lock or concurrent user edit still fails safely. No native agent, plan schema or terminal behavior is changed from 1.2.3.

Validation: bounded lock fixtures for all three agents, full Rust test suite, fmt/Clippy, exact archive installation/removal, tmux/PTY presentation scenarios and Homebrew installation. The 1.2.3 nested-project isolation fix remains included.

Unsigned macOS arm64 package. Apple Developer signing/notarization and other platforms remain outside the verified scope.
