agent-progress 1.2.6

  • Choose a project-local progress-pane height at first use with ap setup.
    The choices include Herdr's observed 10% minimum, 20%, 30% and 40%.
  • Change it later with ap config set --pane-size PERCENT (10–50). An exact
    owned Herdr or tmux observer resizes immediately when changed from its source
    pane; otherwise the setting applies when the next pane opens.
  • Existing projects retain the 30% default. Setup preserves other presentation
    settings, and Homebrew prints the post-install setup command.

The macOS arm64 binary remains unsigned and unnotarized. The CLI continues to
observe native agent progress without supervising agent work.
