agent-progress 1.2.7

The automatic progress pane now waits for the current agent session's first goal or plan. Empty sessions keep the full terminal height, and the pane opens automatically when progress appears. New projects default to the smallest supported pane height, 10%; explicitly saved sizes remain in effect. Manual ap open and the automatic-opening opt-outs still work.

This release includes the macOS Apple Silicon CLI and bundled Codex skills. The binary is unsigned and not notarized. Linux support remains in a separate, unpublished candidate.
