agent-progress 1.2.8

This hotfix stops an already-open Herdr progress pane from growing back to its saved height after each agent turn. Automatic reconnection now keeps a height adjusted directly in Herdr. New panes still use the saved preference, and ap config set --pane-size still changes the owned pane immediately.

The release includes the macOS Apple Silicon CLI and bundled Codex skills. The binary is unsigned and not notarized. Linux support remains a separate unpublished candidate.
