Council of Dans review: repair/defer. Highest-priority gate: Do not score candidate prose as forensic authority. Bind facts to durable traces/artifacts, make replay/evidence violations disqualifying, and prevent empty traces from scoring as complete. Feature flags are not a substitute for authority, evidence-integrity, or durability fixes; use typed modes only where they provide a real rollout boundary. |
