• Rename option :type to :nonce_type to avoid name clash with Ecto.Schema's :belongs_to opts.
• Add stringified-int parsing for cast/2 and dump/3 when :ex_format is :signed or :unsigned. This disables url-encoded, hex-encoded and raw binary parsing for those functions, and conversely no stringified-ints are parsed by them when :ex_format is set to one of the binary options.
