ulesync receipt for a deterministic audit of the exact agent context on disk.\n- Report synced, missing, and drifted targets with SHA-256 fingerprints.\n- Render JSON, Markdown, or standalone HTML; --check is CI-friendly.\n- Keep receipt generation local, read-only, and network-free.\n- Refresh dependencies and record a real 5/5 synced verification artifact.\n\nVerified locally: 24 tests, typecheck, lint, build, CLI smoke, npm audit (production and development), package dry-run. GitHub CI passed across Node 18/20/22 on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows.
