Second post in the agent-loop series, following #266 (A loop needs a ground truth). Applies that post's thesis to banking operations: the verification signal agent loops need already exists in banks' documented policies, and regulation is why it was written down.

Includes the author profile files from #266 so this branch builds standalone; they become no-ops once #266 merges.

Publication order: after #266 is live. Known follow-ups before merging: set the final publishedDate.

- Prose: the agent brings the case to the check, never the figures
- Right diagram check box gains source note 'amounts from the break
  record'

- Intro: both kinds suggest closure or escalation, a person actions
- First loop: analyst confirms a narrative assembled by the thing they
are checking; on file, a click on what the model felt good about
- Coda: same model, same click, difference is the verify target
- Left diagram: proposes closure/analyst confirms, suggests escalation
  gated by its own number

…ction

The agent passes only the break identifier; the tool reads amounts from
the break record, loads the configured tolerance, and returns a
structured verdict. Proposing closure is gated on that verdict, so
override is architecturally impossible, not behaviourally promised.

Multiple workers ran per machine; practitioners would notice. Also
gives the later 'every worker's depth' its antecedent.

- Context findings can force escalation even inside the band; the
amendment resolution now explains the example's own cause
- Ending verb becomes 'run', echoing configuration that runs
- Diagram B policy box: approval rules replace precedents (model's half)
- Breach path offers no recommendation (the code's verdict exists)
- First kind's self-set escalation gate restored to prose
- Coda: clicks equally cheap, trails are not
- Dedup 'earn'; align ending reprise to 'transcription, not discovery'
