credstore 0.10.6

First release from this standalone repository, and the first 0.10.x release on PyPI (0.10.5 was the previous newest).

credstore was developed as the credstore/ subdirectory of Slife and has never depended on it. This release repoints everything that assumed that layout at this repository.

Changed

• Installer URLs, PyPI metadata, README install commands and links, and the unsupported-platform error hint now point at juzcn/credstore rather than juzcn/slife/main/credstore.
• Example key namespace in the docs and tests changed from slife/... to myapp/....

Fixed

• uv tool install silently installed 0.9.0. uv built the tool environment on whichever interpreter it preferred, then chose the newest release compatible with that Python — on a 3.12 environment that is 0.9.0, five versions back, with the old delete/copy commands instead of remove. The installers and both READMEs now pass --python '>=3.13', so uv fetches a suitable interpreter or fails loudly.
• credstore remove could raise on the cryptfile-cleanup error paths: del master_pw ran after a branch that had already deleted it.
• The __version__ fallback referenced PackageNotFoundError outside the scope where it was imported.

Internal

• ruff and pyright are dev dependencies with project config; all 80 lint findings resolved and the tree reformatted.
• CI runs the test suite on Windows, macOS and Linux, plus lint and type-check jobs.
