This release includes:

• Updated version to 0.3.0
• Defaults changed, each element in emit() is now positioned on its own line unless a lc (line-continue) marker is placed between two elements.
• You can now specify the string to use for each level of indentation when running crowbar as a preprocessor (python crowbar.py --indent-by ' ' file.c)
• You can now wrap elements in a list instead of surrounding them with indent and dedent markers.
• Expanded documentation to cover the new --indent-by flag and an example showing how lists can be used to represent indentation.
