First release of obot.agent — the obot program overlay on the gsm.agent harness, rebuilt from safety.agent per the signed-off requirement obot.roadmap#17 (design).

Highlights

  • Overlay contract — AGENTS.md now opens with the rule that gsm.agent conventions apply in full; this repo adds only the obot layer, and upstream wins on conflict unless a divergence is documented. The one documented divergence: commit attribution (D2) — obotclaw[bot] is the git author and commits keep the agent Co-Authored-By trailer (#17).
  • Session-lifecycle skills absorbed — session-init/-note/-todo/-update/-wrapup moved from the hub into skills/ (#16); hub copies removed and workspace symlinks repointed the same evening (obot.roadmap#23), so no skill lives in two places.
  • Rename housekeeping — safety.agent → obot.agent across the living docs; obot-claw staging-fork policy retired in favor of the obotclaw[bot] authorship model; dead obot-claw.github.io links retargeted to the hub (#11).
  • Terminology — new docs/terminology.md defining session / spawned agent / subagent, groundwork for obot.roadmap#18.
  • Skill hygiene — name/description frontmatter on all 14 skills (D3); superseded test-agent GitHub-app docs/config deleted (D4).
  • Docs refresh — README rewritten around what the repo now is (three-layer model, program architecture with the hub as the live-status source, agent identity, releases); agent.md is a grouped index of all 14 skills (#19).

Not in v0.1.0: #14 (upstream staging to gsm.agent) and #15 (keynote stylesheet, blocked on safety.viz v1.0) land on their own timelines.

Requirements delivered: obot.roadmap#17 (rebuild as thin overlay on gsm.agent), obot.roadmap#23 (skills topology swap).
