Trimlet v0.2.0 PoC

This is the first public source-only proof-of-concept release of Trimlet.

Included

• Native Apple silicon macOS application source
• SwiftUI/AVFoundation playback and trimming interface
• One- and ten-frame movement plus five-second jumps
• IN/OUT range selection
• Fast keyframe-aware export planning
• Accurate VideoToolbox H.264 export path
• FFmpeg progress, cancellation, and post-export validation
• Shared contracts and a Windows implementation handoff

Important limitations

• No prebuilt application, DMG, FFmpeg, ffprobe, or test media is attached.
• Building requires a compatible Swift toolchain on an Apple silicon Mac.
• Runtime export currently expects separately installed FFmpeg and ffprobe.
• The app is a PoC and is not signed or notarized for distribution.
• Accurate-mode encoding settings are provisional and not a final quality policy.
• Windows application code has not yet been added.
