v0.8.2 Release Notes

Persona-owned shared-skill core

0.8.2 packages a small portable Persona Harness shared-skill catalog rather
than an OMO-derived workflow payload. It adds the explicit product discovery
sequence:

deep-interview -> technical-intake -> plan -> optional ralplan ->
tdd -> implementation -> review.

Product discovery asks one question at a time, provides a recommendation and
tradeoff, and requires an explicit brief approval before technical intake.
Before approval, the adapter creates no workflow state, plan, ticket, branch,
issue, file, or agent.

Package And Host Boundary

The tarball ships catalog.json, every cataloged skill reference, and only
the Java language overlay. It excludes legacy skills/workflow/** and OMO
orchestration payloads. OpenCode routes a compact advisory reference only; it
does not load a full skill body or automatically advance a workflow.

Acceptance Responsibilities

Package acceptance proves exact-tar provenance, normal installation,
installed-only/no-source-fallback behavior, and the CLI approval boundary. It
does not provision or claim the workflow-private GitHub CLI selection or its
attestation parser preflight. Source and protected Ubuntu CI alone prove that
strict dpkg-owned private-copy selection and PATH-free parser contract.

Release Boundary

This source candidate makes no registry, tag, dist-tag, GitHub release, or
package publication claim. A later authorized release must create and publish
the exact canonical tarball after its normal package and hosted gates.
