NetBID2_2.2.0

In this release, we have:

1. updated the TF and SIG lists to v202508 by adding SWI/SNF component genes and secretome genes;
2. updated the MSigDB to v2024.1;
3. fixed a few bugs caused by deprecated functions/arguments.
