What's Changed

  • Add penalty_weight parameter by @jzluo in #46
    Add penalty_weight parameter to FirthLogisticRegression, FirthCoxPH, and FirthLogit (numpy and numba)
    penalty_weight=0 gives a fast-path unpenalized MLE, skipping the Firth computations
