Updates the firmware/tooling baseline by bumping ESPHome from 2026.4.0 to 2026.4.1 in CI (.github/workflows/build.yml) and in pinned dependencies (requirements.txt, upgrade-requirements.txt).

Bumps a few related Python deps (aioesphomeapi, pydantic, pydantic_core) and increments the reported Graybox firmware version from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4 in the two version metadata YAMLs.
