Overview
Enhances cli.py parse JSON output by always adding nonce, parser_version, and parse_datetime, and by introducing --metadata (computed scene/character/word-count stats) and --checksum (SHA-256 hashes of canonicalized sections) for easier diffing and validation.

Extends FDX parsing to preserve in-paragraph alternates by capturing <Alts>/<AltId> into ParagraphInfo.alts (surfaced via existing source_paragraph metadata), bumps parser version to 0.11.0, and adds fixtures/tests covering metadata, output fields, checksum determinism, and alt preservation; docs/Makefile updated to reflect new flags and lint workflow.
