horizon-wheel-tui.exe Standalone single-file executable. Download and run — nothing to install.
horizon-wheel-tui-portable.zip Portable folder build. Extract anywhere and run horizon-wheel-tui.exe inside. Starts a little faster and trips fewer antivirus heuristics.

Both are unsigned, so Windows may warn about an unrecognized publisher — More info → Run anyway.

Antivirus note

Both builds are packaged with PyInstaller, whose bootloader is shared by many legitimate apps and some malware, so a few heuristic engines flag the packaging method, not this app — a false positive. The single-file .exe (self-extracting) trips more engines than the portable zip. Source is open and the build is reproducible (build.ps1); verify on VirusTotal if you like.
