v0.1.14: Fix ESC key in Chat AI mode

Changes

• Fixed: ESC key now exits Chat AI mode on first press (was requiring double press)
• Added global ESC controller in CAPTURE phase for Chat AI
• Made all Chat AI UI containers non-focusable to prevent focus stealing
