Bug Fixes

  • ESC key with popovers: Fixed issue where pressing ESC while a popover (tags #, mentions @, properties [field::) was visible would both close the popover AND change from INSERT to NORMAL mode. Now the first ESC closes the popover, and a second ESC changes mode.

  • WebView loading: Added watchdog timer to detect and recover from WebView load failures. The preview now reliably updates even when the WebView gets stuck.

  • UI freeze from Chat AI: Fixed UI freeze that occurred when loading a note from the Chat AI mode. The editor now properly resets sync state and refreshes the sidebar.

  • Cursor jumping on Enter/Backspace: Fixed cursor position jumping incorrectly when pressing Enter or Backspace at the start of a line in INSERT mode. Cursor position is now properly synchronized from GTK before operations.
