v0.20.0

Release summary

v0.20.0 introduces the cluster-scoped ZoneDelegation CRD, enabling teams to declaratively activate and safely retire DNS zones. This prevents shared or dynamically provisioned clusters from becoming authoritative before their GSLB records exist and returning cacheable NXDOMAIN responses for hostnames served by another cluster. k8gb dynamically configures CoreDNS and coordinates safe multi-cluster delegation cleanup through ExternalDNS or Infoblox. Existing static k8gb.dnsZones configurations remain supported without migration.

It also adds TLSRoute support with multiple api versions and the k8gb.io/exposed-hostnames annotation, while improving service health checks, DNS validation, legacy migration cleanup, and reconciliation reliability. New local-failover and AI-inference resilience demos, expanded documentation, unified CRDs, and refreshed dependencies round out the release.
