First official release of the SMX Mod Manager!

This release includes all the core features described in the README:

  • Management of local mod libraries for Tracks, Suits, and Sounds.
  • One-click installation and uninstallation to the emulator.
  • The "On Device" tab for cleaning up unmanaged mods.
  • A built-in ADB console and game launch controls.
