What's New
Codex CLI parity
- Frame registers its hooks for Codex, not only Claude Code — spec context, meta-file guards and orientation hints now reach both CLIs.
- A shared tool vocabulary (
scripts/toolVocabulary.js) drives the hint scripts, so per-CLI behaviour lives in one place. - The Codex wrapper is retired; an untrusted Codex hook is now surfaced instead of failing silently.
Spec reports, in the app
- Reports open inside Frame where you are working, instead of bouncing out to the browser.
- One stager runs on every spec dispatch, and report assets resolve through the base tool.
- A tab can open without taking over the screen.
Orchestration & specs
- The conductor starts on request, not on open.
- Deterministic context delivery for spec docs, spec/command terminal parity, and spec status repair.
- New spec agent handoff; a spec's report appearance is visible to SPEC_DATA.
Workspace
- The tool select is back beside Start in the top bar.
- Feedback panel, terminals home with agents, Claude sessions and decisions views, status bar with navigation groups, non-invasive overlay.
Fixes
- Hidden files show in the file tree; resize-storm watchdog; terminal IPC storm false alarm; migration consent scope; agent-review false alarms; footprint and settings UI.
