v0.4.5 — A fifth copy of the version

A fifth copy of the version number, found and closed. One commit since v0.4.4.

The BibTeX block in README.md — typed out for anyone who copies it without clicking GitHub's "Cite this repository" button — carries its own version field, separate from the tag, the export preset, CITATION.cff and .zenodo.json. It was still 0.4.2, two releases behind, and nothing had checked it: v0.4.4 fixed the fourth copy of this same class of bug, in .zenodo.json, and this one turned up in the README on the very next read.

It's 0.4.5 now, and the release workflow compares it against the tag the same way it already compares the other four, so a release can no longer go out with any of the five disagreeing.
