collective-phase-control-fabric 0.6.0

This is the first Beta OSS package release of CPCF's evidence-control research platform.

Install

pip install collective-phase-control-fabric

Optional server and solver components:

pip install "collective-phase-control-fabric[server,solver]"

Included

  • offline cpcf CLI, schema inspection, self-check, bundle verification, and legacy inspection
  • typed v0.6 evidence, trust, scientific-analysis, planning, coordination, and trial models
  • optional API, worker, runner, solver, and KMS integrations
  • reproducible uv environment, generated references, SBOM, checksums, and build provenance
  • Windows and Linux support for CPython 3.12–3.14

Verification

The tagged main commit passed the complete CI and security matrix. Mutation score: 85.37% across 7,623 counted mutants.

Scope

This Beta package publication does not establish deployment or operational assurance. External soak, intended-deployment restore, independent threat-model review, and independent penetration-test evidence remain unavailable. CPCF does not claim collective-superintelligence creation or detection, causality, statistical validity, thermodynamic feasibility, or physical-phase behavior.
