PIC-TS v0.9.0 mirrors Python PIC v0.9.0 for npm and JavaScript agent runtimes.
- Token extraction, admissibility, lineage, deduplication, interface, leakage, mission, transport, FCU, lifecycle, telemetry, and dynamic-risk reports.
- TRC observation windows, observation consistency, and trace-indexed resource-flow reports.
- ECPT, SQOT, BIT, performance, and cache report schemas.
-
examples/asi_proxy_loop_bundle/as a compact first-agent fixture set. - npm package publication of
AGENTS.md,CHALLENGE.md, andINTEROP_PIC.mdfor agent discovery. - npm publish safety and GitHub Actions hardening.
- npm package:
percolation-inversion-compiler-ts@0.9.0 - Canonical Python package:
percolation-inversion-compiler==0.9.0 - CCR runtime:
collective-capability-runtime==1.4.0
Token extraction is not settlement. Token admissibility is not capital admission. Provider readiness is not provider dispatch. Physical readiness is not physical outcome proof.
Reports are useful because they preserve residual work for the next finite check.
