PIC v0.9.0 adds ASI-proxy loop tooling for agents.
- Token extraction, admissibility, lineage, deduplication, interface, leakage, mission, transport, FCU, lifecycle, telemetry, and dynamic-risk reports.
- TRC observation windows, observation consistency, and trace-indexed resource-flow reports.
- ECPT, SQOT, BIT, performance, and cache report schemas.
-
examples/asi_proxy_loop_bundle/as a compact first-agent fixture set. - Compact CLI outputs for token and loop-oriented commands.
- Distribution and Actions security hardening.
- Python package:
percolation-inversion-compiler==0.9.0 - TypeScript package:
percolation-inversion-compiler-ts==0.9.0 - CCR runtime:
collective-capability-runtime==1.4.0
Token extraction is not settlement. Token admissibility is not capital admission. Provider readiness is not provider dispatch. Physical readiness is not physical outcome proof.
Reports are useful because they keep missing work visible. They are not authority to execute external actions.
