We have A2A API supported, we should surface it in the UI as well

❓ Problem Statement / Motivation

We need some UI work to expose the feature.

💡 Proposed Solution

We have the A2A API, we should expose this in the UI -- probably during agent creation/editing, the users should either be able to "enable a2a" and provide skills. (we can also auto-generate skills for them based on the tools/instructions)

Oh I think I may have misunderstood the issue. All agents have A2A enabled by default. We recommend adding skills if exposing the agents to other systems, but they are optional.
