Codex fixes

• Codex sessions now release when a turn ends. Previously, holds could linger after Codex finished working — your Mac stayed awake until you restarted Adrafinil. Adrafinil now releases the moment a Codex turn completes, and recognizes Homebrew-installed Codex (not just npm).
• Codex hook trust. Codex only runs hooks you've approved with /hooks. The setup flow and the Agents settings tab now walk you through trusting Adrafinil's hooks and verify it's done.

Existing users

• Automatic hook updates. Adrafinil now updates your agents' hooks when you install a new version — no need to re-run setup. Codex users: approve the new hook once with /hooks.

Menu bar

• The eye now shows a small dot when something needs your attention — a hook needs reconnecting or trusting, or an update is available.
• Thermal and low-battery cutouts now show a small thermometer/battery badge on the eye, instead of replacing it with a full icon.
• An available update is surfaced right in the menu.
