Fixes a black-desktop bug on WallpaperAgent cold-start.
- Fix: after a fresh WallpaperAgent restart where a preview surface acquires before the desktop, the desktop no longer stays black — the cold-start check is now split by surface role, so a live preview renderer isn't mistaken for a live desktop renderer. Thanks @andya1lan! (#15)
