Kaimahi is an incubation project developed in public. Useful contributions include focused bug reports, documentation fixes, design feedback, and small, well-tested changes.
Before opening a pull request:
- Search existing issues and pull requests.
- Describe the user problem before proposing a new component.
- Check the target repository's local contributing guide for setup and tests.
- Run every check relevant to the files you changed.
- Distinguish what you verified directly from what you inferred.
Kaimahi builds on existing agent and Kubernetes projects. Proposals for new components should explain why upstream capabilities, configuration, or integration are insufficient.
Never include credentials, tokens, private cluster names, tenant identifiers, or unsanitized logs in an issue or pull request.
